What is FOSI?
FOSI, Friends Of (Medfield)
Seniors, Inc., is an independent non-profit organization that exists
primarily to raise funds supporting programs and activities aimed at the betterment of Medfield’s resident senior population.
FOSI
is an IRS approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and is therefore allowed to raise tax exempt funds.
FOSI
was founded in 1979 and is staffed entirely by volunteers. FOSI uses 100%
of its donations for senior programs administered directly or through the Medfield Council On Aging (COA).
Help Us Help Medfield Seniors
FOSI and the COA have
developed a Wish List of items that we would like to acquire to complement the Center. Prospective contributors
are encouraged to review the Wish List to find out how they may contribute to helping Medfield's seniors.
We all have important values and ideas, things we care about
and want to share. Sometimes we feel our ideas can even change the world, and we want to let other people know how they can
join in and make all our lives better.
